Recommendations

Here are a few recommendations to help you receive the most from this website when printing.  It is our recommendation that when printing the prayer requests, print just 1 copy per member of the church.  If you have a copier machine please take advantage of that rather than printing all your copies from the printer.  Then make copies available for the members of the church.  Then as needed just print any new requests that might have come in since the last time you visited the website.  Usually this will only be 1 page.  It could be more or less.  Now just make copies of those new page(s) and pass them out to your congregation who can add or replace it with what they currently have.  Some of the prayer requests may overlap with the ones you already have but this is ok.   The important thing is that you have the newest requests printed and available.  This will help save costs on printing and copying especially if you are distributing the requests to the entire congregation.

If printing in portrait mode (8.5" x 11") does not show all the data going across, you may want to print it in landscape (11" x 8.5") instead.  This will allow all the columns of data to show on the page and increase readability.  If you can see everything in portrait mode then don't worry about changing it landscape.
