She was very close to losing her life but I want to report back that she made a miraclous recovery and after only two days in Intensive Care was released and put in a regular room and was talking again!!! | Sister | Carolyn Tyler | Praise the Lord, for he is truly worthy to be praised. I am sending an update concerning a young man named Nathan that I asked everyone to pray for. I talked to his mom and she says he is doing better and better. The doctors said he would never make it to this point, but she says he is smiling and laughing and he even asked her for a drink of water. She is so happy and is looking for God to continue to bring him through. Thank you all for your prayers and I ask that you continue to pray for Nathan that God will totally deliver and heal him in Jesus name. Thank you. Also I would like to thank and praise God for the prayers for me and my husband. | Sister | From a Mess to a Miracle I made it | I thank and praise our Lord Jesus because of who he is; because he cared enough to lend a listening ear; because he granted mercy and allowed me to lay at his feet; because he touched your hearts in that you might remember me in prayer; because he made it possible for me to share this testimony, one that he has begun to perform, one that he vows to complete, one that will suggest to all that he is the fullness of the Godhead and all that I could ever need, that I could ever desire, is all in him.. Saints over the past few years, I, a sister of the faith, one who thought I had it all together, one who thought that I bared the security comparable to that of JOB, (that is to say, a hedge placed around me)UNTOUCHABLE! Little did I know that I had become so complaced, that my prayer life was a mere fraction of what it use to be.. I was one who had time for shut-in, one who had learned to fast, one who respected the household of faith, one who had time to witness, but mostly, one who had time for the LORD. I was in danger. I did not prepare for war, for I only saw a time of peace. I let my guard down, I began to depend on me. I began to credit me for the prosperity and accomplishments in my life. Oh, I paid my tithes, that is in currency... Thought that I was alright, yet I had still robbed God..How so? The tithes of time, I withheld, I became too busy for the LORD! It didn't happen over night, thefore I still ignored the warning.. God allowed me to live some of the circumstances that I had judged in others... And I have to admit, I didn't think that I would endure! The great ME couldn't save ME.. I became a victim of gossip, one that drug my name though the mud, one that whould smere my character, one that would cause me shame... Why me? I can recall when I was a partaker in the gossip ring ( with church folk)and I too had help to cause a sister in the Lord some of the same grief. (VICTORY) I got deliverd after I was able to realize that I had become "church folk" not "saved folk"! I found that sister and I confessed to her that I had prejudged her off of the word of man and not by fact... She forgave me. Thank God! Today, I am free of Gossip.. A broken marriage had made me bitter and filled my heart and mind with rage. I no longer talked like a saved woman the words of deliverance I could not find. Many of hands had been laid on me, many would say that all is well, though I could only feel what seemed to be like the walls of hell. Nothing to thank God for, my faith in the Lord had almost become non- existant... (Victory) God allowed me to revisit the passiveness that I had when others had faced similiar challanges and my lack of sheer concern. He granted me the courage to address my situation no longer with words and acts of war, but with the firmness of his promises and confidence that he is my refuge, that he will supply my every need according to word. He placed in my heart a renewing of faith no matter how hard the wind blows.... Saints I am deliverd from that of the "fair weather saint"; Oh, it still rains in my life, in fact it's storming now but I have an umbrella of faith that keeps my mind stayed on him! Yes, my heart still bleeds from time to time; yet will I proclaim that VICTORY is mine! (4) rounds of radiation and numerous exploratory surgery. From a head full of hair to almost bald. From a healthy size (18-22) to a unhealthy size (4-6)and death wishes from the mouth of an evil man, one who has fallen from grace, relying on my death as the antidote of justifcation for his life of adultery. (VICTORY) God didn't see it that way. I endured radiation. I recoverd a healthy head of hair, in fact I am amazed at just how healthy! I managed to tolerate some food in that I no longer bare the image of the unhealthy size (4)but rather a healthy size (10-12). I learned to eat healthy and rely heavily on Juice Therapy (Thanks, Bishop Williams for sharing the "be in health ministery)Though I still battle with severe muscle spasms an some intestinal issues, I survived! Saints of God, if I never pass this way again, if I never sing another song, or utter another word this one thing is true.... This past Sunday (1/13), I received news from my brother that Mother Turner is doing fine. He stated she is no longer on the feeding tube. Get this, SHE IS SITTING UP in a wheelchair and being very fussy. Yes, even though she is is 92 years old God wasn't ready for her. I'm grateful for EVERYONE that prayed for me, thought of me, visited me, cried out to God on my behalf, and lifted up my bowed down head. Your actions will never be forgotten. I am he that was sick and in pain, but on this world wide web I proclaim to you today that I AM HEALED!!!!!! \o/ God is a miracle working God.! I battled off and on with Crohn's Diesease for close to 9 years. I was in and out of the hospital, my diet restricted, my activities limited, my life completely changed. Yet in all of this, God's will was still being done. For anyone struggling with an ailment in their body, for anyone whose family member, friend, spouse, or anyone you are interceding for is on their bed of affliction, STUDY THE BOOK OF JOB! Also know that Your suffering is only beneficial if it helps you take your eyes off yourself and put them on God. God will never leave you, he will never forsake you! If you truly believe that God will not put more on you than you can bear, You will be able to bear more than you ever imagined! This suffering down here on earth is tremendously overshadowed by the rewards laid up for the righteous! Don't stop believing in him! HAVE FAITH! The woman with the issue of blood battled for several years, going back and forth the doctors, spending all she had. One day Jesus came walking by; in her faith she reached out and touched him! She was immediately healed! My healing came about by way of me making some changes in my lifestyle. There were some things I had to let go of, and God came in and fixed me. I had two surgeries this past summer. I had claimed my healing a long time ago, I was waiting on the manifestation. On Thanksgiving, I ate solid food for the first time in two months. The next dya I walked out of that hospital!!! God is AMAZING!!!! Since that time, I been recovering, and healing nicely. The doctors say I've healed in a way they've never seen. They expected me to weak and feeble, but God has made me strong. I'm excited for all that God has in store for me. He brought me through this great test and I thank Him. | Sister | Lisa Thomas | Praise The Lord Saints, Im just writing to update; on my prayer request. The east wind is still blowing, God is making a great change. Concerning the court situation I recieved a letter from the lawyers insurance company: they are trying to sue me. I called a lawyer of whom I had previously contacted and he told me that my case would be very expensive and because he does not do defense cases he would not be able to represent me. So of course I could not give up The Lord blessed me to call another law firm. He too told me that my case would be very expensive, However, he said that he would call the Lawyers of the insurance company who's trying to sue me Thank You Jesus he said that it would be no charge to me at all. I let him know that I could not confess to something that I did not do thats running the red light but God had dealt with me to take responsibility for not paying my insurance on time. After I shared this with the lawyer he called the company, made a suggestion for a much lower payment that was about a week ago they said that they would contact him after thanks giving. I talked to the very genorous Lawyer yesterday he told me that he is going to give them a few days to call or he'll call back Im praising God for bringing me through this I thank him for his Mercy and favor my car was totaled but my Im still whole and I thank God that, neither is the lady(other driver) hurt. Concerning the School and work situation my school told me to file for an apeal for finacial aid I did that about two months ago and in all that time they finaly tell me that they need my summer class grade to change from an incomplete. Mind you that the accident in many ways prohibited me from going to class, trying to make a long testimony short, today I went into the f A O... The lady over the apeal found my papers at the bottom of the pile Loooked it over took her pen out circled approved and said you are approved. saints I knew it was God usual they take appeals to the board first she just circled it on the spot saints I'm back in school I got my classes I will be retaking me summer course but thank you Jesus I start next semester halalujah... Saints thank you for your prayers, I will continue to pray for you I'm beliving God for our love ones, please pray that I continue to live holy before God and be caught up to meet him in the air. Was released from hospital with instructions to "eat" in order to keep sugar at normal level.
